Named after the legendary chocolatier Henri Le Roux, the creator of Salted Caramel dessert that took the world by storm in the 1970's.

This rich and indulgent stout has a chocolate malt base, that is then infused with caramel, Maldon sea salt and then an addition of lactose to give a smooth richness. A truly decadent and indulgent stout.
