Diverse Shifts is a three-hop showcase of varieties that span across different generations of brewing; Centennial representing the founding fathers of the modern craft brewing boom, Citra showcases the bridge between the formative years and exploration into new, modern techniques, whilst HBC-1019 is very firmly rooted in the modern day - an experimental variety deliberately cultivated to accentuate fruit-forward flavours.
